The place had a quiet atmosphere. In love with quiet rooms with a balcony which was excellent.

The room was huge with a balcony, everything was perfect.

Reasonably spacious and clean hotel, location was marvellous near best shopping areas, and Barcelona's largest boulevard. The staff were really kind and very very nice all the time of my stay. The room was impressive and huge included a mini bar fridge, coffee/tea makers, and a sitting area. The bathroom was clean, it was nice to have a bath. Greatly enjoyed this European property, would recomand.

Spacious room with new furniture and a balcony. Close to metro station, Camp Nou, and other attractions. Good buffet breakfast and helpful staff. Large and clean bathroom. Nearby restaurants, supermarkets, and public transport.

Room was great - clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was very poor. No hot meals. 20€ for it was too much. Too far from the city center, but subway is pretty close.

The staff are exceptional and deserve a 4-star rating. The hotel serves above average and particularly nice breakfasts at those rates.

The bed was spacious and comfortable. The suite had a kitchenette, allowing for convenient cooking. Public transport was nearby, with restaurants and supermarkets in the area. The bathroom was large and clean. The staff was extremely helpful. A pleasant place to relax.

Reception staff very helpful and also allowed us late checkout until 2pm. Good little pool area.

Attic rooms are not as big as rooms on floors 1-10 - we will remember this should we visit this hotel again

Staff were professional, welcoming and helpful. Junior suite was very spacious, bathroom well equipped, nice balcony. Hotel in quiet, nice residential area yet with restaurants nearby, I wanted to stay in this area for a particular reason. It was ideal for my needs. Complimentary soft drinks, water in fridge, coffee/tea making facilities.

Food service very limited, wanted to order soup and a sandwich at 18.30 hrs but told that food would not be available until 20.00 hrs. Was told " go to one of the places nearby" I was disappointed at both the attitude and the lack of food. Yet a 24 hour Room service was advertised. This did not make sense! only one tea bag in room, one bathroom/slippers, I had booked a junior suite for two. These are not complaints, they are facts,

During our Christmas stay, we were delighted with the large and clean rooms of the hotel. The spaciousness allowed us to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel's excellent location in a quiet neighborhood was a key advantage, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. We also enjoyed the convenience of being close to shopping areas and a variety of restaurants, making it easy for us to explore and indulge in local cuisine.

There were a couple of negative aspects of our stay. the breakfast buffet was not up to par, especially considering the high price tag attached to it.

I stayed at this luxurious hotel and I was absolutely impressed. The room was spacious and clean, with a separate sitting area and a balcony. The air-conditioning was refreshing and kept the room cool. I loved the Nespresso machine, although having more than just two capsules would be great. The hotel staff, especially Heloise, who served us during check-in and check-out, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was also convenient, with the Maria Cristina Metro and Tram lines nearby. this place provided enhanced comfort and top-notch quality services.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
